The Science, Partnerships, and Research Collaborations (SPARC) program provided participants with practical tools, organizational resources, professional coaching, targeted skill development, mentorship from senior faculty, networking opportunities with peers at the University and affiliated National Laboratories, and the necessary skills for building effective partnerships.
