Univar Solutions Executive Leadership Development Program

The Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a senior leadership development program aimed at developing high-potential leaders at Univar Solutions. Over a 12-month period, participants engage in a variety of thought-provoking and reflective activities, including: • A 360-Degree Survey aligned to The Univar Solutions Leadership Framework • Two intensive academic modules focused on building broad-based leadership and business acumen capabilities • A team-based Action Learning Project (ALP) and presentation sponsored by an Executive Committee member • Virtual learning sessions to further explore and apply learning • An Individual Development Plan focused on increasing leadership effectiveness
